QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Male / Female
  2. Have minimum 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding
  3. Have knowledge in customs regulation and process
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), active team player
  6. Initiative, committed, enthusiastic and commercially aware

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Monitor and coordinate inbound shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW and industrypolicies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Anticipate inbound shipments and proactively track shipments
  3. Communicate with carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release
  4. Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customer
  5. Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided
  6. Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents
  7. Gather documents and information, process and set-up files and ensure proper handover of files and documentation, industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure proper administration offiles and enable a clear overview of operational activities

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Arrange freight services for customers, aligned with customer’s freight managementneeds and in line with (CS)SOP, industry policies and procedures, in order to ensurecustomer satisfaction.
  2. Review customer’s freight requests and select appropriate carrier
  3. Coordinate gathering and hand-over of freight documents
  4. Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokerage department
  5. Monitor and confirm arrival of freight to customer
  6. Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided.
